CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
After making a deposit payment, if you decide to cancel your order, an administration fee of 10% of the total invoice amount will be applied.
We do not offer any refunds or cancellations for outdoor kitchen orders that have started production.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Once your deposit is paid and order is confirmed, we are not able to change the design layout or colour scheme.
